Full Job Description:

1. DESIGNS POLICIES AND PRACTICES FOR GATHERING RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS OF MARKET CONDITIONS, COMPETITORS, AND CONSUMER TRENDS. 

2. COORDINATES MARKET RESEARCH EFFORTS THROUGHOUT THE ORGANIZATION.

3. WORKS WITH TEAMS TO FORMULATE RESEARCH PROPOSALS AND LEADS RESEARCH PROJECTS.

4. COLLECTS AND ANALYZES DATA TO EVALUATE TRENDS AND OPPORTUNITIES.

5. PRESENTS RESEARCH TO SALES, PRODUCT, MARKETING, AND LEADERSHIP TEAMS.

6. PREPARES AND DELIVERS STANDARD MONTHLY MARKET RESEARCH REPORTS TO INTERNAL TEAMS.

7. DEVELOPS AND EXECUTES QUARTERLY CONSUMER RESEARCH STUDIES. THIS INCLUDES GATHERING RESEARCH REQUIREMENTS, PREPARING SURVEYS, QUESTIONNAIRES, BUILDING CONSUMER PANELS, FIELDING SURVEYS, ANALYZING DATA, AND REPORTING FINDINGS.

8. PROVIDE AND OVERSEE THE USE OF MARKET DATA IN INTERNAL COMPANY REPORTS/PRESENTATIONS, COMPANY PRESS RELEASES, AND OTHER PUBLIC-FACING MATERIAL.

9. PROVIDE COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS ON VARIOUS COMPANIES MARKET OFFERINGS, IDENTIFY MARKET TRENDS, PRICING/BUSINESS MODELS, SALES, AND METHODS OF OPERATION.

10. REMAIN FULLY INFORMED ON MARKET TRENDS, OTHER PARTIES RESEARCHES, AND IMPLEMENT BEST PRACTICES.

11. FACILITATE CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION INITIATIVES.

12. ASSIST IN DETERMINING BUSINESS AND/OR CUSTOMER NEEDS BY EFFECTIVELY CONDUCTING INTERVIEWS AND LEVERAGING VARIOUS TOOLS AND ANALYTICAL METHODS.

13. SUMMARIZE FINDINGS IN A COHERENT MANNER TO DEVELOP AND PROPOSE APPROPRIATE SOLUTIONS.

14. SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRESENTATIONS AND REPORTS IN SUPPORT OF CLIENT ENABLEMENT ENGAGEMENTS AND OPTIMIZATION SERVICES.

15. MAINTAIN COMMUNICATION WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND CONTINUOUS PROGRAM IMPROVEMENT. 

16. UNDERSTAND AND DEFINE DATA REQUIREMENTS FOR VARIOUS DATA
SOURCES IN SUPPORT OF ANALYTICS TEAM INITIATIVES.

17. WORK WITH OUR STAKEHOLDERS TO DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT NEW ANALYTICS SOLUTIONS, INCLUDING REPORTS AND DASHBOARDS.

18. IDENTIFY KEY CUSTOMER TRENDS, ISSUES, AND OPPORTUNITIES AND ASSIST IN FORMULATING STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

19. PROVIDE AD HOC INFORMATION AND INSIGHTS SUPPORT TO KEY STAKEHOLDERS.
